As the practice’s sole orthodontist, Dr. Wakas will personally oversee your care from your first consultation through your final appointment, providing consistency at every stage of treatment.
We chose Riverview because it is a vibrant, growing community, and we believe families here deserve convenient access to advanced specialty orthodontic care close to home.
Our treatment options are intentionally comprehensive and include metal and clear braces, LightForce custom braces, Angel Aligners and aligners created in our own lab. This allows us to recommend the treatment that best fits your bite, lifestyle and goals—not limit your care to a single system.

Early Orthodontics
Some orthodontic concerns are easier to guide while a child is still growing. An early evaluation—typically around age seven—allows us to identify developing bite and jaw concerns at the right time, monitor growth carefully and recommend treatment only when it can provide a meaningful benefit.

Meet Dr. Wakas Abdulrazzaq
Dr. Wakas Abdulrazzaq is a board-certified orthodontist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and the founder and sole orthodontist at The Orthodontic Gallery. He personally plans and oversees each patient’s care, providing continuity from the initial consultation through the completion of treatment. In five years as an orthodontist, he has treated about 2,000 patients.
Dr. Wakas earned his first dental degree from the University of Jordan and later completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating in 2017 with a 4.0 GPA. He completed his orthodontic residency through Georgetown University / MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he served as chief resident. His training included a weekly clinical rotation at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., where he helped care for patients with cleft lip and palate, craniofacial conditions, complex jaw discrepancies, and sensory or behavioral needs.
Dr. Wakas provides care in English and Arabic, and Spanish-speaking assistance is also available through a member of our team.

Clear Aligners: Invisalign, Angel and Our Own Lab
We offer Angel Aligners and can also fabricate select clear aligners in-house. Having more than one aligner option allows Dr. Wakas to recommend a system based on your specific bite, treatment needs, and goals.
